‘Breaking Dawn’ Soundtrack – Christina Perri’s ‘A Thousand Years’ Music Video

October 26, 2011

We’re super stoked to share with you the info about the latest music video for the Twilight Saga. This round, Christina Perri released her “A Thousand Years” track for the ‘Breaking Dawn – Part 1′ soundtrack and the movie’s fans are totally digging it so far. Intermixed with a dramatic shot of the artist surrounded by hundreds of lit candles, we get to see a bunch of clips from the movie, including Jacob finding out about the wedding, but the focus is definitely on Edward and Bella. It’s quite fitting because Christina has put it on the record that she actually wrote this track specifically for the lovers. Some of the lyrics go ‘I have died everyday waiting for you. Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years. I’ll love you for a thousand more.’ We love seeing the wedding scene in there, where Edwards tells Bella ‘I love you’ and then she declares the same three words. We’re talking honeymoon love, excitement and romance, plus there are even some feathers in there.
