In a new interview, Stephenie Meyer says the reason The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn wasn’t put into production immediately after Eclipse was because she originally wasn’t sure it should be a movie at all:
‘Breaking Dawn’ is tricky. It’s real tricky. Now, I feel like we have more of a handle on it. Because the script [is good] and [we have] Bill Condon. I am more calm, but originally, I was very much on the fence. Maybe we shouldn’t make this into a movie, ya know. Some things can’t be made into a movie and come across exactly the right way. So it was a big struggle for me to go forward.
I’m glad they figured it out in time…after all, sooner or later, Robert Pattinson isn’t going to be able to pass for a seventeen-year-old!2Post a Comment
