According to Summit Entertainment itself, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn finally has a release date set: November 18th, 2011!
That’s a year and four months after Eclipse comes out — a lot longer than the seven months between New Moon and Eclipse, but still a lot shorter than most sequels.
Summit has still declined to reveal whether Breaking Dawn will be one movie or two, but the conventional wisdom is that it’ll be two and Bill Condon will direct both. If that’s the case, it’s likely that they will shoot concurrently and that Part 2 would be ready for a July 2012 release.
