MTV is developing a TV pilot loosely based on the ’80s movie Teen Wolf, and the possible show’s cast has just been revealed.
Tyler Posey (ABC Family’s Lincoln Heights) will play the title werewolf character, total unknown Crystal Reed will play his love interest, and Tyler Hoechlin (7th Heaven) will play a popular good-looking guy who’s actually an evil werewolf.
The Hollywood Reporter says it’s a “dramatic thriller with a buddy-comedy element at the center and a romantic plot line. It revolves around Scott McCall (Posey), a dorky high-school student who gets a rush of new powers, including the ability to attract girls, after a wolf attack.” Sounds like it could be fun.
