The lovely young actress Keke Palmer is kicking off the second season of her Nick show True Jackson, VP with a one-hour premiere movie called “Flirting with Fame.” Joining the cast is a grown-up Tyler James Williams — Chris from the recently-canceled Everybody Hates Chris.
