October cannot get here soon enough!
The CW has just released the first promo for season four of “The Vampire Diaries,” and it looks like everyone, including Elena, is trying to, well, get rid of her new Vampire state.
The trailer also shows some steamy scenes for Tyler and Caroline, some witty banter between Elena and Jeremy and some new characters.

god, why are they making such a big deal about her becoming a vampire? caroline’s doing fine as well and stefan and damon should be happy about not having to deal with an old lady in a couple of years… i can’t wait =) i thought it was coming in september though =(

It’s interesting how much everyone is trying to save Elena from her vampire life. A co-worker at Dish and I agree that this has always been her destiny. With all of the situations she gets into, it would be nice to finally see her defend herself. I am so excited for this season to premiere; I have already set a reminder to program my Hopper. I am so glad with all of my favorite shows soon returning, that it has 2,000 hours of recording space. I hope that Elena is able to embrace her new self this season. With how things go in this show, they will have bigger problems to deal with sooner than they think.
