Glee fans — sorry, Gleeks — will need to remember at least one item for their Christmas list: Entertainment Weekly just reported that the cast will release an album full of Christmas song covers on November 16th!  Here’s the track list:

With Dianna Agron in I Am Number Four and Cory Monteith in Selena Gomez’s upcoming movie Monte Carlo, it was only a matter of time before Glee‘s other breakout star, Lea Michele, signed onto a movie of her own.

According to E! Online, Lea’s choice is New Year’s Eve, the follow-up to this year’s Valentine’s Day.  Like that movie, it will be a star-studded ensemble comedy and word is the producers are also going after Zac Efron for a role.

Not a bad choice — a supporting role in a guaranteed hit could be a good way to get bigger movie roles in the future.

That revealing GQ cover featuring Glee stars Dianna Agron, Cory Monteith, and Lea Michele has been making waves for a few days, with the Parents Television Council publicly denouncing it yesterday.  I’m not sure what the big deal is — photo shoots are often just as, if not more, revealing — and now Dianna has broken her silence on her blog:

In the land of Madonna, Britney, Miley, Gossip Girl, other public figures and shows that have pushed the envelope and challenged the levels of comfort in their viewers and fans…we are not the first. Now, in perpetuating the type of images that evoke these kind of emotions, I am sorry. If you are hurt or these photos make you uncomfortable, it was never our intention. And if your eight-year-old has a copy of our GQ cover in hand, again I am sorry. But I would have to ask, how on earth did it get there? …

These aren’t photos I am going to frame and put on my desk, but hey, nor are any of the photos I take for magazines.

Jane Lynch hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend, and as you might expect, one of the first sketches was an elaborate Glee parody featuring impressions of pretty much everybody in the cast.  The impressions of Rachel and Mercedes in particular are hilarious.  Check it out:

Lea Michele is putting out her Glee welcome mat for Justin Bieber.

The Simpsons kicks of its 22nd season this Sunday with some special guest stars from their FOX family.  Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Amber Riley will lend their voices as fellow campers of Lisa.

Move over Britney, Cory Monteith is stealing the show over on Glee. Of course, Glee wouldn’t be Glee without “Finn” and Cory Monteith is opening up about his character this season.
