Katy Perry shut down Hollywood Blvd last night for the premiere of her 3D movie, Part of Me. Not only did Katy walk the carpet, but she also put on a concert of 8 songs for fans and attendees.
Also stepping out for the premiere were Selena Gomez (bf Justin Bieber was there too), Victoria Justice, Rebecca Black, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

<3 Selena Gomez, I think she is naturally beautiful so she does't need make up at all…..
also I think she's a great actress,singer, but the best thing about her is a down to earth nature…
