MTV has announced that Selena Gomez, Gossip Girl‘s Penn Badgley, Ne-Yo, and Easy A‘s Emma Stone will all present awards at the upcoming VMAs, which are kicking off the school year on September 12th.
In addition, performers include Drake and Kanye West. (No word yet if Taylor Swift will be there…)
