Kellan Lutz and the rest of the New Moon Crew attended a Cast Signing at a Hot Topic in Hollywood,CA. We love the Team Emmett Shirt!
Wizards of Waverly Place actress Jennifer Stone has just been cast in the upcoming Disney Channel Harriet the Spy TV movie.
Like the 1996 movie with Michelle Trachtenberg, this new one will be based on the book by Louise Fitzhugh, but it will change some things around: Harriet will be “a movie producer’s daughter determined to become the class blogger by dishing on the star of one of her dad’s pics.” It should air sometime next year.
Dakota Fanning is looking super-classy on the upcoming December issue of Teen Vogue. In her interview inside the magazine, she talks about working on The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Runaways and in particular her relationship with Kristen Stewart in both movies:
We became really close, like we’d known each other for our whole lives. We talk all the time. I’ve never been such an evil character [in New Moon], and because I do know Kristen so well, being mean to her was really weird. It’s like, ‘Sorry, dude!’ [Our] relationship that Joan and Cherie have in the script [for The Runaways] is kind of the one that Kristen and I have in real life, minus the destructive part.
Cast Members from Fox’s “Glee” TV show were at The Grove shopping center on November 7, 2009 signing copies of their new CD called Glee: The Music, Volume 1.
The 17-track album features the “Glee” cast performing signature covers of songs ranging from Broadway to rap including the songs Gold Digger, Somebody To Love and Don’t Stop Believin’. The official description of the album from Amazon says “2009 soundtrack to the hit TV show featuring tracks performed by the show’s cast. Glee, from Ryan Murphy (creator of Nip/Tuck), is an uplifting comedy musical series with biting humor that features a soundtrack of hit music from past to present. The show follows an optimistic high school teacher as he tries to refuel his own passion for singing while reinventing the school’s glee club and challenging a group of ragtag performers to realize their star potential. Each episode of the series features an eclectic selection of hits from genres spanning pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Country, Broadway and Rock ‘n’ Roll, reinterpreted through the lens of Murphy’s modern sensibility and razor-sharp wit.”
Will Robert Pattinson be pigeon-holed because of his role in the Twilight Saga? Well, lucky for fans of the young actor-he seems to be doing just fine.
He wrapped production on another film called “Remember Me.” But Robert’s next film is going to take him to a whole new level.
The new Pattinson/Kidman movie, “Bel Ami,” is based on a book that recounts how a young man in Paris during the 19th century uses sex to climb the social ladder. Of course that young man will be played by R-Patz. And while the actors in the movie are seriously impressive, the behind the scenes roster is pretty amazing too. Simon Fuller, who backs the show “American Idol,” is one of the producers, which leads us to think that this movie will have lots of moolah to play with.

* Update: Nicole Kidman’s rep has reported that she will not be doing this movie

Miley’s probably not happy to hear about this award – nor is it anything like her impressive number-1 song downloads, sold-out concerts and crazy-popular Hannah Montana merchandising. But the AOL poll asked readers ages 9 to 15 years old and they chose Miley as the worst Hollywood influence.
So it wasn’t even adults or parents who picked!
But why? The Vanity Fair covershoot? The “stripper pole” performance for the Teen Choice Awards? Her “slanty eyes” photos with friends? Specifically on the poll, Miley got an astounding 42-percent of the votes in the category, beating out Britney Spears at 27-percent, Kanye West at 19-percent, Vanessa Hudgens at 9-percent and Shia LeBeouf at 3-percent.
So fill us in–Why the big Miley hate from her own fan base? Hit the comments section and tell us all about it!
Just another Girl Talk session.
Today we are discussing Taylor Swift’s appearance on Saturday Night Live (NBC 11:30 PM). How will she do on the skits? Will we see some Kanye West or Jonas Brothers references? What songs will she perform? Either way don’t forget to set your TIVOs or to watch it to tonight!
So what did you guys think of Firelight? Was Taylor a good Bella?
Taylor Swift may have just revealed that she’s dating Taylor Lautner last night on SNL, but just the day before Lautner was still protecting the secret pretty fiercely.
At a Twilight Saga: New Moon press conference on Friday, after being asked about the two of them, Lautner responded “What about us? The very funny thing is that all of you have seen every single move I have made so I guess I can leave that up to you to decide.”
He later told E! that all the attention devoted to his private life is “definitely harder. It’s not something I would ever choose, but it’s something that’s going to happen, and I guess you just gotta live with that.”
Taylor Swift played a pretty good Bella and the whole Frankenstein theme was pretty funny. Overall i think Swifty did on aswesome job in last night’s SNL. Check out teh Firelight skit!
