Justin Bieber reportedly injured himself when falling on a stair while entering the stage for his ‘One Time’ song performance. Justin definitely did finish that song, the rest of his set and of course, the remainder of his British tour before heading back to the States for more music work.
In fact, Justin took to his Twitter account to let fans know that he will keep up the hard work and keep performing. He tweeted, ‘rest of the nt in the hospital getting xrays and now a cast. sucks. But dont worry Manchester, me and @taylorswift13 = the show must go on!!’
