We’ve got the deets on Taylor Swift’s newest music video. The video “Ours” shows a new side of the musician. She’s playing a 9-to-5er in the work world, and it’s not a super fun day in her cubicle. But did you notice at what floor Taylor gets off the elevator? You better believe that it’s floor number 13 – TS’s lucky number. Nothing seems to go right for the employee. The printer runs out of paper, and then toner and then it’s gone completely. There are unfriendly, gossipy co-workers but her thoughts about her man keep her going. There are cute little notes at her desk like, “I loved you first!” and then a response of “I loved YOU first.” When we see the memories of the two together, we realize that the love interest is played by ‘Friday Night Lights’ star, Zach Gilford. Our friendly female star takes the bus to the airport and arrives just in time to catch her man walking through the doors – he is in uniform and has returned from the war. They embrace closely and enjoy each other’s company, just in time for the song to end with the lyrics “This love is ours.” We love seeing Taylor take on a new type of storyline for this music video – what do you think? The ending makes me cry, HAPPY TEARS, because my boyfriend is in the military also and I cant wait for him to come home. AWESOME SONG TAYLOR!!! LOVE ALL YOUR SONGS
