K-Stew turned heads as usual when she showed up to the premiere for her upcoming film, “On The Road.” The Twilight star went a little more feminine than usual — rocking a funky one piece black and white look from Balenciaga that showed off some skin with a little peekaboo cut-out above the waist of her pants.
