Joe Jonas may be older than his brother Nick, but he’s following in his footsteps in one regard: branching out.
A few months ago, Nick debuted his “side project,” the band Nick Jonas & the Administration, to good reviews. Now according to JustJaredJr., Joe will take on a side project of his own, in the form of a solo album. He told the site:
Yeah, there’s nothing to hide, we’re just waiting for the right timing. There’s a lot of Jonas stuff going on this year, so once there’s a place for that record, we’ll release it. You’ll hear a lot of new music from us.
Sounds like it’s still a ways off, but of course Joe will keep busy until then — he’s just about to tour the country with his brothers and girlfriend Demi Lovato in advance of Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.
