Bryce Dallas Howard — The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’s Victoria — has joined Anna Kendrick, the Saga’s Jessica Stanley, in a new comedy tentatively titled I’m with Cancer.
The movie is also set to star James McAvoy and Seth Rogen, and will start filming later this month.
After Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning teamed up in The Runaways, and now this, I’m spotting a trend. What other Twilight alums should team up together again? I’d love to see Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner in the same movie, of course…

The Twilight Saga’s Chaske Spencer supports a new cause, United Global Shift.
The group is aimed at changing the public’s perception of the current state of the planets ecosystem, by zeroing in on environment, employment, entrepreneurship, health and education. UGS hopes to influence people to understand the need for long-term, sustainable action measures to make a difference in environmental protection.
Spencer reportedly wants to help the Native American community, specifically with water scarcity issues on reservations.
Do you think Chaske’s made a good choice of charities? Talk it over in the comments section!

Remember–Warrior is the indie film starring Twilight breakout stars, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz, so obviously these stills all feature these two celebs. In one pic, we get to see the two in their school uniforms embracing, and then theres another with Lutz lying on Greene’s lap on the grass. While seeing Ashley looking stunning and Kellan looking buff in the 2010 film, the most interesting new photograph to emerge is the one showing the duo hanging on the lacrosse field just one tiny inch from kissing.
What’s your favorite Warrior still? Tell us what you picked in the comments section!

So Peter Facinelli just spoke out about Eclipse, revealing that viewers will definitely get to see a new side of Carlisle. More specifically, he stated that the Cullens have all of these abilities, but they have to hide them most of the time. Facinelli also said that the third installment has some great battle scenes and a whole lot of action.
New powers? New abilities? What’s Peter hiding, folks? Say what he won’t down in the comments section!

Peter Facinelli showed up at the Twilight convention in Nashville, TN for a Q&A session this weekend and talked a bit about why filming Eclipse was so much fun. According to ReelEmpire, he told fans:
Viewers were going to “see some action” in the third installment. “What I loved about Eclipse was that you get to see a side of Carlisle you haven’t seen before. The Cullens have all these abilities, but they have to hide them most of the time.” Obviously excited about finally getting the chance to display his awesome capabilities, he added, “There are some really great battle sequences in Eclipse.”

So there’s still no footage, and still no trailers. But one sign The Twilight Saga: Eclipse might be drawing closer? The companion book is available for pre-order on Amazon (via EclipseMovie).
There’s no photo, and no info on what it’s about, but…at least they’ve gotten the ball rolling. Right?
Speaking of the trailer, though, it’s coming out this month. I have no proof of that, but with only a few months to go until the film’s release, it kind of has to, doesn’t it?

When The Twilight Saga: Eclipse opens this summer, will it make even more than the $290 million that New Moon made? Box Office Mojo is saying it won’t:
Odds are that Eclipse won’t reach the heights of New Moon, given the history of closely-timed, serialized sequels. The Matrix Revolutions, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and even Back to the Future Part III all grossed significantly less than their predecessors. When a second movie is hotly-anticipated after the first movie’s success, it’s highly unlikely that the next picture will even maintain the momentum (The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter being notable exceptions), and signs from New Moon’s run suggest that The Twilight Saga will follow the pattern.
I disagree with their reasoning. They’re missing a lot of factors. The Matrix, Pirates, and Back to the Future were all shot back-to-back with the same director, and none of them were based on books. Eclipse has a new director, and it is based on a book — just like the “exceptions” that they list, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. In other words, there was already a solid story in place to draw from — a story that many list as their favorite in the series.
There’s no denying that New Moon is a lot to live up to. But I think Eclipse is up to the challenge.

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning were busy at the Sundance Film Festival promoting their new project “The Runaways,” but it just makes sense that there would be a lot of questions from reporters about the Twilight saga since both ladies are in those films too.
In an interview K-stew said that she doesn’t know anything really about Breaking Dawn or whether or not it will be made into two films. But, lucky for fans, she knows that it will be made for sure. So at least that’s settled. A lot of questions surrounding this film in particular stem from some of the more graphic depictions in Stephanie Meyer’s book.
Will Baby Renesmee get the CG treatment? And how graphic will Breaking Dawn be? Hit the comments section and make your predictions known!
