So a bunch of stills from Eclipse just got leaked to the public and since they’re not yet official, we’re describing them for you. Most of the pictures show Edward and Bella in close quarters.
There are 9 photos dedicated to one particular scene where the lovebirds are making out standing up and then laying down. And then there are a few stills with the two kissing in a wildflower-filled field and then yet another separate scene with Edward and Bella holding hands in the woods.
And there’s one just out of nowhere…it shows a vampire fight where Victoria is grabbing Edward’s head.

But should the two Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn movies go 3D?
The thing is, usually 3D is done to serve really big effects or battles — and all the really big battles happen in Eclipse, not Breaking Dawn. And some of the smaller character moments — I’m thinking specifically of all of Bella and Edward’s alone time — wouldn’t seen to benefit from going 3D.
That said, when done right, 3D can be a great help to a movie. It’s also a way for it to earn some extra cash, since 3D tickets are often higher-priced than regular tickets. What do you think?
It was finally confirmed last week that The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn would be split into two films like Summit Entertainment had hoped for. But now there’s a question of logistics: how tough will it be to sign Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner onto the second Breaking Dawn movie? Because they only ever signed a contract for four movies.
Now, obviously, they all want to do it (and not just because Twilight fans would hate them forever if they didn’t). But this is Hollywood, and they’re all much bigger stars than they were two years ago, so you can bet their agents will try to get them some hefty raises. Taylor Lautner, for example, will get paid $7.5 million for the drama Northern Lights — so why shouldn’t he get $7.5 million for another Breaking Dawn movie? And if so, shouldn’t Rob and Kristen get that much too?
Summit certainly has the money. Do you think the cast deserves more money, or should they just sign the contracts and get it over with already?

All you have to do is grab the Ultimate Fan Edition release of New Moon, exclusively at Walmart stores. Apparently, the regular DVDs and Blu-Rays don’t have this added bonus, but I’m thinking that anyone making it out to the store to purchase the Twilight sequel will want the unseen footage.

A series of still photos for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse were leaked online over the weekend. Predictably, most of them are of Edward and Bella, though there’s one featuring Edward and Victoria that will give you the creeps. Here’s a sampling below; you can see the rest at CullensNews.
In a recent interview, Kristen Stewart gave her perspective on filming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and what she found interesting about Bella’s journey this time around:
Just like New Moon sort of starts [one way], and then becomes a completely different movie, so does Eclipse. You think you’re going to get the same story, and it sort of all of a sudden completely changes.
What was interesting for me to explore was different levels of love, and acknowledging that the ideals you maybe had a little while ago aren’t true. Bella’s innately honest, and in Eclipse, she lies to herself and she lies to everybody around her about the fact that she’s in love with Jacob — just not as much [as with Edward]. It’s just not that extra thing that you can’t even really describe.
I loved watching the three of them — playing [scenes] with the three characters together. There’s literally a scene where Jacob and Edward, who are mortal enemies, are in a tent with a sleeping Bella in between them, and it’s a ridiculous circumstance to find yourself in. The story — we had so much to work with.
This has been a much debated topic. Tons of Twilight fans have stated their arguments on the case disagreeing with other Saga lovers to the bloody end. In fact, there have even been reports regarding how Summit Entertainment likely wants two movies because that would equal double the moolah at the box office, while book author Stephenie Meyer is a bit concerned about doing two films.
But now it’s being reported that Breaking Dawn will be 2 movies according to HollywoodDeadline, that is. Keep in mind that a ton of sites have leaned toward this same production conclusion, yet this outlet maintains that several sources have told it that the final book will be split into 2 films. Of course, Summit Entertainment jumped on the report, responding that NO DECISION HAS BEEN MADE,.

In an interview with Reuters, Anna Kendrick said she still wasn’t sure whether her character, Jessica Stanley, would appear in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — but she’s fine with whatever they decide:
I honestly feel like Jessica is one of those characters that if she wasn’t in the movie, nobody would miss her. At the same time, I feel a certain affection for the films so if they ask me, I would love to. I don’t have my fingers crossed either way.
So I’ll put the question out there: would you want Jessica and Bella’s other human friends to appear in the Breaking Dawn movies? Or is it okay if they’re phased out?
David Slade’s still holed up in an editing bay, cutting away on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The last we heard, late in January, he was prepping to show the first director’s cut to Summit Entertainment executives — which was “the first time anyone outside of editorial” had seen the cut. But over the weekend, he tweeted:
Cutting like crazy, the film is getting closer working through the weekends again, adding more EDWARD!
Aside from that being all-around good news, it suggests that “more Edward” was one of the main notes he got from the Summit execs. And remember, Slade said over a month ago that Edward was already a “strong presence” in the film.
In other words, if you liked New Moon but wish Robert Pattinson had been in it more, Eclipse might be everything you’ve wanted…
