Buried inside an E! gossip column about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s relationship — no real news there, except that they’re not keeping their relationship a secret from cast members anymore — is the news that Kristen, Rob, and Taylor Lautner will be presenting a new clip from New Moon at the VMAs.
Not only that, but the clip will have “much more Rob in it” than the trailer did.
You think when they walk onstage to present the clip, they’ll hint at their relationship or make a joke about it?
Or maybe just to confuse everybody, Kristen will walk out with her arm around Taylor? Now that would be interesting. Find out when the VMAs premiere on September 13th.

Literally THREE MINUTES AGO, this sucker hit, so you can imagine my excitement at getting to pass it on to you at such an early stage.
“The idea that there is a lockdown is completely false.”
That’s the quote from Summit Entertainment, who wants everyone–including the cast, apparently–that even hinting that they’ve somehow told the cast to keep the partying to the barest of minimums is hinting at falsities.
One would also wonder if this extends to the constantly debated Robsten issue….
Anyway, party! There WILL be one, and oh yes, there will be fun. The whole idea of “permission from mother Summit” destroyed, it should be a downright riot. In fact, pretty much the only caveat that’s on the table right now, apparently is that they must “remain professional on set”, saith the National Ledger.
Hopefully, there will be pics for the rest of us to check out once the smoke has cleared.

Now this might just be one of the strangest things I’ve heard all day. After running some various checks, as it turns out, a lot of the clothing you might see on the Twilight saga stars is actually within the realm of possibility for everyday folks like us. Check this out.
A fast Google shopping search revealed that Taylor Lautner’s downtime shoe of choice, the PF Flyers Albin model, went for just under forty-four bucks a pair. Not bad, huh? But here’s where it gets REALLY interesting.
Ladies, if you want to wear a Kimchi Blue Printed Navajo Dress, like you see Christian Serratos wearing in New Moon, a comparable model will run you sixty eight bucks at Urban Outfitters.
Lastly, again for the ladies, a Skin and Threads front pocket cardigan like the kind Nikki Reed favors can be had from Beklina for a salty hundred and fifty bucks, BUT…if you’re willing to pull an end run around the system, a Jerzees front pocket cardigan from Lead Apparel goes for just under twenty four bucks before shipping.
So considering the relative simplicity of Twilight stars’ wardrobes, you could outfit yourself in similar style for not a whole lot of cash. And these days, that counts for a lot.

You know how Kristen Stewart walked around all summer with that greasy haircut for her movie The Runaways? The hair didn’t have time to grow back before she started filming The Twilight Saga: Eclipse — so she’ll be spending most of the movie in a wig.
According to E!, she’s wearing the wig in the picture on the right. The picture to the left of it shows off what’s hiding underneath.

Now try to wrap your head around this: the cover of OK! Magazine’s new issue announces that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are engaged. Then you read the article, and it says they’re not. OK! was, sadly, just making it up.
As if their millions of fans collectively willed it — the blistering-hot young actors are truly, madly, deeply in love. So much so that, as OK! reported last week, they’re spending nights together in Rob’s suite at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. And things have gotten so serious that on-set sources say the young superstars are even playing up their romance on set.
“If Kristen is looking for Rob, she’ll say, ‘Has anyone seen my husband?’’’an insider tells OK!. “And Rob loves to say, ‘Have you met my lovely wife, Kristen?’ It’s cute. They’re like a couple of love-struck teenagers.”
That is cute. It doesn’t mean they’re engaged yet, but it is cute.

You may not be aware of this, but the Twilight saga has just spawned a documentary about the apparently real town of Forks. Called Twilight in Forks, the movie focuses on how this tiny Washington logging town has changed since the release of Twilight. If you go into a little store called Forks Outfitters, you can actually meet a Bella who works there.
Guess everyone wants to catch a little sparkle for themselves.
The trailer for this direct to video documentary can be found below. and the DVD will be released October 15th.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse director David Slade isn’t just putting up the usual nonsense on his Twitter page — he’s actually linking to some cool stuff. Like, for example…two photos he took of Taylor Lautner.
The first is a photo taken during some lighting tests before filming. The second…well, it doesn’t need much of an introduction, it’s just cool. And he’s shirtless.

Robert Pattinson graced the French version of Premiere magazine this month (drool…), and in the interview to go along with it, admits he “came close to losing it” when he realized he had no control over the fan mobs that appeared whenever he stepped outside. He went onto say:
I was getting really paranoid. If tomorrow I say ‘OK, I’ve had enough we’re stopping everything’ it won’t change anything. Might as well try to accept it and stay Zen as I have no control over it. It’s not always easy. But whining won’t change anything.
He also seems to be operating under the assumption that his fans are deathly afraid to speak to him:
I was in a restaurant during a break, and when I came out two hours later, 500 people were waiting for me at the exit. It was total chaos. I’m sure that if I told one of those girls “come, let’s go have breakfast,” she would have been totally embarrassed and would never scream my name again.
What do you think girls, is he right?
