The Teen Choice Awards closed with — who else? — the cast of The Twilight Saga, accepting the “Most Fanatic Fan” award. Ashley Greene and Robert Pattinson briefly spoke on everybody’s behalf; here’s their acceptance speech:

When the Twilight cast returns to shoot Breaking Dawn this fall, they might be in for some warmer weather than usual. BreakingDawnMovie picked up on a tweet from the president of Rio Film announcing that the production team behind Breaking Dawn is negotiating to head down there for five days of shooting.
What are they shooting down there? What else — the Isle Esme scenes, no doubt, where Bella and Edward go on their honeymoon. Sure beats Vancouver
Will all of your favorite new vampires be included in Breaking Dawn? Facebook is helping answer this one. Twilight Saga screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg spoke up about how the plethora of new vampires in Breaking Dawn will fit into the actual big-screen script. She said that she hopes to include everyone, but with the series already having three leads – the large Cullen family, the massive wolf pack and then outside characters – it will be very difficult. Rosenberg has been using Facebook and other social networking sites to talk to fans about who and what scenes are important to them.
The Breaking Dawn birthing scene keeps getting re-written, but will it be done in time for the shoot? Twilight Saga screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg recently spoke with MTV at Comic-Con where she talked all about the controversial scene.
With well over a dozen new vampires introduced in the Breaking Dawn novel, it’s still an open question how many of them will get significant (if any) screen time in the movie. At a panel at Comic-Con this past weekend, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg acknowledged that handling so many characters was a challenge:
It’s extremely challenging to introduce those new characters because you already have quite a slew of characters to service. The Cullen family is large, the wolf family is large, you have three leads … finding room for all of them is a challenge. For me, it is about pulling forward the ones that are essential and really making sure they have a presence.
Great…so which ones are essential? Will you be mad if anybody in particular gets cut out of the film?
