All My Children Check out the video

We got to hang out with Ian Somerhalder all last weekend, and not only is he gorgeous and on one of our favorite shows, but he has a huge heart and is doing so much to help the environment and the world.

Our friends at Shine On Media caught up with Ian’s co-star Claire Holt at the Influence Affair to find out what it’s really like working with Ian.

When Claire was asked to reveal something people might not know about Ian, she said, “He’s a really good kisser. Yep, that’s what I think everyone would like to know. Amazing, wonderful kisser.”

Claire also talked about the rest of season 3 of “The Vampire Diaries.” “The biggest twists are coming at the end. I think people are going to be really excited to see them. It’s gamechanger,” Claire revealed. “I think there’s going to be a resolution to whatever you discover but you’re definitely going to want more.” She also added, “Rebekah is going to be the catalyst for a lot of changes in Mystic Falls.”

The Vampire Diaries: “Murder of One” Photos

The Murder of One

We are eagerly awaiting the return of “The Vampire Diaries” on March 15, but lucky for us these photos from the March 29 episode just popped into our mailbox.

In “The Murder of One,” Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) focus a new project that will bring them closer to destroying Klaus (Joseph Morgan), and they quickly bring Elena (Nina Dobrev), Caroline (Candice Accola) and Matt (Zach Roerig) in on the plan. After Klaus threatens someone close to Bonnie (Kat Graham), she has no choice but to work on the spell he needs. Meanwhile, Klaus and Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt) find the perfect motivator to convince Finn (guest star Caspar Zafer) to cooperate with them, but Rebekah is more interested in her own brutal plan to take revenge on Damon. Stefan’s emotional turmoil leads him to a dangerous confrontation with Klaus and, later, to a heartbreaking moment with Elena. J

It looks like Damon might have himself in a bit of trouble with Rebecca after looking at the pics. Catch this episode March 29 at 8pm on the CW.

Photos: “The Vampire Diaries” Heads Back to 1912

VD315_0186b

It’s “bowler hat guy”! Ok, it’s just Ian Somerhalder, but he looks sexy in a bowler hat.

The cast of “The Vampire Diaries” is heading back in time again on March 15, this time to 1912.

In the episode, the present-day murders in Mystic Falls remind Damon (Ian Somerhalder) of a similar crime spree a century earlier. In flashbacks to 1912, Damon recalls a beautiful vampire, Sage (guest star Cassidy Freeman), who showed him a whole new way to exist. Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) warns Damon not to get involved in her investigation, but Damon is convinced she’s going after the wrong suspect. Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Matt (Zach Roerig) resort to breaking and entering in their search for evidence to prove Dr. Fell (guest star Torrey Devitto) is a murderer. For reasons known only to her, Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt), becomes interested in locating one of the town’s oldest landmarks. Finally, Elena comes to a new understanding of the path her life has taken, and Damon makes an emotional confession to Stefan (Paul Wesley).

We are loving these photos and we can’t wait to see what kind of vampire Sage turns out to be. Tune in March 15 at 8pm on the CW.
