The guys definitely have something up their sleeve.

The countdown has been underway for a few days now but 1D has been teasing fans quite a bit, claiming that a HUGE announcement is on the horizon. If you check out the guys’ website, you’ll find the official countdown clock (pictured below) but we want to hear from you guys! What do YOU think the big annoucement is?

The band asked for your pictures and now they’ve recreated the This Is Us poster for their upcoming 3D movie using your faces!

This Summer is going to be full of great music on the TODAY Show and Good Morning America. Both morning shows have announced their summer lineups!

The TODAY show is making it all about the hot guys of summer and their lineup includes One Direction, Hunter Hayes, Phillip Phillips and Ed Sheeran. Meanwhile, Selena Gomez, Little Mix, and Demi Lovato will be performing on the GMA Summer Concert Series.

The first ever Radio Disney Music Awards took place on Saturday and some of the top talent in music scored their very first “ARDY”!

Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and One Direction were among the winners at the Radio Disney Music Awards. The awards show, a celebration of music’s most popular young artists as voted on by kid and tween fans, took place at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE and included performances by Gomez, Cher Lloyd, Bridgit Mendler, Cody Simpson, Mindless Behavior, Austin Mahone and Coco Jones.

While Taylor, Justin and 1D could not be at the show physically, they did record special video & audio messages to thank the fans. Demi Lovato and Ryan Seacrest also appeared via video message to introduce the performances of Cher Lloyd and Ryan Seacrest.

The RDMA show will be presented SATURDAY, MAY 4 on the popular WATCH Disney Channel app available on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, as well as online at WATCHDisneyChannel.com. The RDMA show will also air on SATURDAY, MAY 4 (5:00 p.m., ET/ 2:00 p.m., PT) and SUNDAY, MAY 5 (11:00 a.m., ET/8:00 a.m., PT) on Radio Disney. The excitement continues FRIDAY, MAY 10 – SUNDAY, MAY 12 when Disney Channel presents a special “RDMA Weekend” showcasing performances and winner highlights airing nightly beginning at 8:00 p.m., ET/PT.

Taylor Swift, fun., Maroon 5 and One Direction will all be competing to take home an award at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards airing live from Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena SUNDAY, MAY 19 (8:00–11:00 pm, ET) on the ABC. The star-studded broadcast will be hosted by actor/comedian Tracy Morgan and executive produced by Don Mischer.

Taylor Swift, fun. and Maroon 5 tie for the lead with nods in 11 award categories, followed by Rihanna and Carly Rae Jepsen as finalists in 10 and nine categories, respectively. One Direction is the finalist with the next-highest count, with spots in an impressive eight categories. Out of their 11 categories, the three leaders will all compete for Top Hot 100 Artist and Top Digital Songs Artist. Maroon 5 and fun. will also vie for Top Duo/Group, Top Radio Songs Artist, Top Hot 100 Song, and Top Digital Song. Maroon 5 and Taylor Swift will compete for Top Artist, while fun. and Taylor Swift are both finalists for Top Streaming Song (Video).

Debuting for the first time this year, the Billboard Music Awards will also feature new EDM categories due to the overwhelming popularity of this genre, which will spotlight top electronic dance music artists, albums and songs.

Billboard Music Awards finalists were based on key fan interactions with music, including album and digital singles sales, radio airplay, touring, streaming and social interactions on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, VEVO, Spotify and other popular online destinations for music. These measurements were tracked year-round by Billboard and its data partners, including Nielsen Entertainment and Next Big Sound.

The day has finally come!

Madame Tussauds highly anticipated One Direction wax figures have finally been completed and we think it’s safe to say these figures definitely do the guys justice.

In fact, if you check out one of the photos of the guys posing with their wax counterparts, you can barely tell who’s who!

One Direction brought their Take Me Home tour to the Metroradio Arena on Monday and it looks like the guys had a bit of fun during their performance of “Little Things.”

If you watch the video below and skip ahead to 2:12, you can hear someone, we’re not sure if it’s one of the 1D guys or someone in the crowd, yell out “Taylor Swift” as Harry sings “I’m in love with you.”

The One Direction member has some days off from the band’s sold out Take Me Home tour and he jetted back home to Ireland for his big brother’s wedding!

Niall served as the best man as he watched Greg Horan marry Denise Kelly at a church in Castletown Geoghegan County Westmeath. So cute! It looks like word got out about where the wedding was, also, because fans showed up hoping to spot Niall. We love that he took time to take pictures with some of them before heading out.

Congrats to Niall’s big bro and his new wife!

UK singer/songwriter Jake Bugg made news over the past months for starting what some would call a feud with One Direction.

Jake has been vocal on his twitter and in interviews about not being 1D’s biggest fan. Niall and Louis from 1D even hit back at Jake’s jabs via twitter, but does Jake really think there is a feud?

Our friends at Hollywire chatted with Jake at SXSW recently where he explained his side of the story. “It’s not personal, it’s just for somebody that writes music, it can be quite disheartening to see an act that don’t write their music be doing so well on the charts.” He continued to say that he was upset that someone compared 1D to the Beatles.
