The upcoming Twilight Saga: New Moon DVD contains a short behind-the-scenes look at Eclipse, and it just popped up online! I’m surprised how much they show: a lot of battle choreography, and interview snippets with pretty much everybody, including Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Elizabeth Reaser, Peter Facinelli, and Kellan Lutz. A press release has just announced that Ashley Greene has begun filming The Apparition, the new horror film that will mark her first starring role:
Principal photography has begun on Warner Bros. Pictures and Dark Castle Entertainment’s paranormal suspense thriller “The Apparition.” Todd Lincoln makes his feature directorial debut on the film, which stars Ashley Greene of the “Twilight” series, Sebastian Stan from TV’s “Gossip Girl” and Tom Felton of the “Harry Potter” films.
When frightening events start to occur in their home, young couple Kelly (Ashley Greene) and Ben (Sebastian Stan) discover they are being haunted by a presence that was accidentally conjured during a university parapsychology experiment. The horrifying apparition feeds on their fear and torments them no matter where they try to run. Their last hope is an expert in the supernatural (Tom Felton), but even with his help they may already be too late to save themselves from this terrifying force.
The screenplay was written by the director and by Carl Ellsworth, who wrote Red Eye and Disturbia — two movies I really enjoyed. Hopefully this one will be as good!

Remember–Warrior is the indie film starring Twilight breakout stars, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz, so obviously these stills all feature these two celebs. In one pic, we get to see the two in their school uniforms embracing, and then theres another with Lutz lying on Greene’s lap on the grass. While seeing Ashley looking stunning and Kellan looking buff in the 2010 film, the most interesting new photograph to emerge is the one showing the duo hanging on the lacrosse field just one tiny inch from kissing.

Ashley Greene is ditching the fangs for some serious 80’s style. She stars alongside Shiloh Fernandez, who’ll play the charismatic Ritchie Wheeler, while Greene is one half of a brother/sister duo Brent and Michelle Burkham.
Skateland is being called a coming of age drama that takes a look at all the characters as a they struggle with problems at home, recklessness with alcohol, and the potential downfall of their beloved roller rink. The story will also include a due amount of violence, heartbreak and new beginnings. On a side note, we also hear that the soundtrack will be packed with lots of great 80’s music. Also, judging from all the new pictures from the set of the movie, the clothing choices and hairdos are pretty 80’s-fantastic too.
Does this sound like the kind of thing you’re dying to see? Tell us all about it in the comments section!

Skateland, opening later this year, explores the rupture of charismatic Ritchie Wheeler, brother and sister Brent and Michelle Burkham, and wise-cracking lady-killer Kenny Crawford’s seemingly complacent existence as they struggle with the collapse of their tumultuous home lives, the alcohol-induced idling of reckless adolescence, and the wane of their hometown hangout, the local roller rink.

It’s hard not to be jealous of just how well all the Twilight stars photograph. Whenever Ashley Greene graces the cover of a magazine, she looks stunning. Her newest is a magazine called Savvy, the upcoming issue of which will feature an interview with her as well as interviews with Jordin Sparks and The Vampire Diaries‘ Zach Roerig.
From the press release (via EclipseMovie):
In a ten-page fashion spread and interview, the actress discusses her independent film, Skateland, as it debuts at the Sundance Film Festival. She also shares a behind the scenes glimpse at filming The Twilight Saga movies and discusses her most recent endeavor, landing the lead in the new Warner Bros. thriller The Apparition. “To actually be the lead of a studio film and to have input on it is just really cool.” said Greene.
Sounds very cool. If we find more quotes or pictures, we’ll be sure to post them.

Kellan Christopher Lutz was born in Arizona but grew up in North Dakota in a family of 7 children- 6 brothers and one sister. Kellan is the middle child in the big group. He began his modeling career in his early teen years, and after he completed high school he moved to Orange County, California to attend Chapman University.
While he pursued his acting career, he was paying the bills as a working model. He appeared in tons of ads, including for Abercrombie & Fitch. It was on a shoot for the famous clothing line that Kellan met his ex girlfriend Anna Lynne McCord.
Some of his first acting jobs included roles on tv shows like CSI: NY and Six Feet Under, as well as in movies like Prom Night and Accepted. Another fun tid-bit about Kellan is that he played Hillary Duff’s love interest in her music video for “With Love.” Of course though, Kellan got the big break of a lifetime when he landed the role of Emmett in the Twi-saga.
Kellan says that he loves life way too much and finds fun in almost anything. He good friends with co-stars Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone, whom he knew before the Twilight saga even started.

An extensive interview with Ashley Greene, a.k.a. The Twilight Saga’s Alice Cullen, will appear in the upcoming issue of Interview magazine. Her interviewer? Her very own co-star Michael Sheen, a.k.a. Aro. To the right is from her new photo shoot for the magazine, and here’s a peek at the article:
MICHAEL SHEEN: Okay. This is my first question. This is the only really serious one, and then the rest are quite funny. The first one is: As an elf, raised by humans, have you found a lot of discrimination against the fairy folk here in Hollywood?
ASHLEY GREENE: Well, I think they’re just jealous that I sparkle and speak elfin and have cute little pointy ears.
SHEEN: It’s true.
GREENE: So, yes, there’s discrimination. But I really don’t care.
And on a more serious note:
SHEEN: Do you feel pressure every time you go out because you know that there’s a high chance that someone’s going to take a picture of you walking down the street? Do you feel a pressure to not dress in jean shorts and flip-flops?
GREENE: There was a moment in time where I was kind of having this mini-breakdown because it was all very new, and it was all being thrown at me really quickly, and I was going, “Why are people reporting on this? Why do people care what I’m wearing or what I’m eating, and why are people looking down on me because I’m not wearing high heels?” That’s the downside to being in the public eye. When girls come up and say, “You’re my role model,” it’s really flattering, but it’s also really scary because I’m not perfect and I’m going to make mistakes. I’ve just decided that I have to continue to live my life and do what I do. Hopefully, people love me because of who I am, not who I pretend to be.
